Grand National Quail Hunt Sponsors

The Grand National Quail Club offers two sponsorship levels that enable corporate involvement in the Grand National Quail Hunt.  Your sponsorship of the hunt earns you an invitation to events otherwise exclusive to members and shooters. 

A SPONSOR MEMBERSHIP of this year’s Hunt entitles you or your organization to one (1) invitation to the following; and a COVEY SPONSORSHIP entitles you and three (3) guests invitations to the following:

• New Shooter Initiation and Dinner at the Groendyke Lodge beginning Tuesday, November 13 at 6:00 P.M.
• Visit one of the hunt ranches for informal trap shooting and lunch on Wednesday, November 14
• Dinner Reception & Silent auction at Oakwood Country Club Wednesday, November 14 at 7:00 P.M. **Spouse/Guest Welcome
• A spot in the competition trap shoot with new and past shooters as well as celebrities plus lunch at the Gun Club Thursday, November 15 at 9:00 A.M.
• Stag Dinner and Live Auction at the Groendyke Lodge beginning Thursday, November 15 at 6:30 P.M.
• Awards Banquet at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center Friday, November 16 at 7:00 P.M. **Spouse/Guest Welcome

SPONSOR MEMBERSHIPS are available for $600. COVEY SPONSORSHIPS are available for $2,000 and allow you to bring three (3) guests to the events (and spouses where indicated above).  COVEY SPONSORSHIPS are great for entertaining clients or rewarding employees.  Club Jackets are available for each attendee for $115 each, generally worn to the Tuesday and Thursday night events.
